The Points Program (the "Program") is a non-monetary incentive system designed to recognize and reward user engagement with the 01 platform. Under the Program, eligible users may earn Points based on specific on-platform activities, such as trading volume, liquidity provision, or participation in other qualifying events determined by 01.

Points are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any form of currency, digital asset, or other financial instrument, and do not represent any ownership interest, equity, or claim against 01, its affiliates, or any third party. Points are intended solely as a means of measuring and acknowledging user participation within the 01 ecosystem.

Participation in the Program is subject to eligibility, geographic, and compliance restrictions, and 01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. The accrual or display of Points does not guarantee the right to any future reward, benefit, token, or distribution, whether monetary or otherwise.

Any future conversion, redemption, or reward mechanism related to Points, if implemented, will be governed by separate and specific terms and conditions, and may require satisfaction of additional eligibility or verification requirements, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
